Welcome everyone to our March07 Fun page...  This month is a continuation of the February07 page because we start the month telling you about our visit with Memere and Pepere and our trip to Great Wolf Lodge.  But before we get to that, take a look at all the snow we got on the second day of our visit.  It was actually a beautiful soft snow fall.  Mind you we got lots of snow and the schools and even work was closed but it was still quite pretty.  The next day we pack our bags and headed off to Niagara Falls to have some fun.  Within three steps into the lodge Nyah was ready to go home because the one of the first thing we saw was a moose and bear that move and talk, so least to say Nyah is absolutely terrified.  But after much convincing, we registered and we on to our room.  After that Nyah was fairly well, as long as we stayed away from the front lobby.  The hotel was just amazing.  The front lobby was all done like a massive lodge.  It had a huge fireplace, a moose head mounted over the front desk and several wolves mounted on perches throughout the lobby.

The room was also great.  It had two queen size beds with a divider between the beds and a seating area.  Nyah was very interested in the room safe, unfortunately after she got a hold of it we weren't able to open it because she programmed a code that we just didn't know.  Oh well... 

Now lets get to the water park...  It was the most wonderful park I have been too.  It was fully indoor.  There was a wave pool, a lazy river and many waterslides.  There was also a great kiddie area.  There was also a family slide that held up to 4 people.  Nyah was really scared on this slide, but she did ask to go on it again three more times.  She also had lots of fun playing on the kids slide, after many attempts up the steps she finally made the long walk over to long bigger slides.  Check out our videos to see Nyah and the fun on the slides.  It was so funny to see her, she then started to make trips up the stairs and down the slide over and over again.  Those little feet were just moving so fast.  It was really cute.

After two full days at the water park, we headed back home and spent the rest of the weekend playing, hanging out and doing crafts.  It was a great visit with Memere and Pepere.  We look forward to seeing them again.  Thanks for coming.

 

After our visits, the month was pretty busy with home and work.  I was putting in many long hours at work, so picture taking kind of was put to the back burner.  On the weekends we would spend time together being pretty low key.  Nyah is still enjoying her dance classes, as you can see she also enjoys dressing up in her dance gear. 

I also wanted to point out a couple of pictures Marc took.  One night while I was at work, Nyah was "playing in the van" while Marc was cleaning the garage.  At one point Marc looked up and was a little surprised to see red, at first he thought it was a nose bleed, but upon a closer inspection, he shocked to realize that it was lipstick.  I guess Nyah found it and had the van seats, steering wheel, roof and etc covered in lipstick.  I guess it was pretty funny, surprisingly he was able to get it all off.

Finally it is the end of the month and as you can see we had some pretty nice days last week.  The days were warm and we got to enjoyed a few nights going for some bike rides and a trip to the park.
