Welcome to the May06 Fun Page.  May was another fun, memorable month with lots of events and pictures.  Our company from April - Miche, Pere and Taunt Krista were still here visiting fro about half of the month.  Nyah had some fun times and lots of laughs with them.  We even went for a trip to the Boat house for a tasty ice cream treat.  As you can from Nyah's sticky face, she truly enjoyed the visit.   

Nyah became a little bit of a trickster on her visits with our East-Coast company.  One thing she would do it take her foam sword and go hit my Mom with it, then she would pass the handle to Mom and say "Hold this" then she would wait for Mom to hit her back with the sword so she could then run away and hide behind Marc for protection.  It was so cute but funny and very tricky on her part.  Also when Miche wasn't feeling well, she told Kristan not to make any noise because Mich needed to rest.  Then after carefully tucking her in for a nice quiet nap with a blanket, she took her little toy cell phone and pressed the loudest music sound and held it to Miche's ear.  What a bad girl she is...  this all happened while Marc and I were are work... 

Another one of Nyah's favorite toys these days is her doctor's kit.  She just loves it.  She also really enjoyed checking Taunt Krista out for any illness.  I don't think Taunt has ever been examined so thoroughly, especially by a two and a half year old.  It got so much that Taunt even hide the kit for a few days...  Luckily we had a visit with our cousins that gave Nyah fresh blood to work on.  She really enjoyed her visit with Taunt, she even gave her a special tattoo...  Nyah's words were "Do you like it?"

I was very happy to celebrate our 2nd Mother's day with my Mom and older my sister.  It was a nice day with some fun times.  At our Ooey Gooey Fun session before Mother's day, I got to make a crown to wear for our special day, so knowing this Nyah felt she needed to make a special crown for Miche and Taunt.  She put lots of effort into her special gift and they just loved it.  Miche even wore it all the way to New Brunswick.  Nyah also wanted to go shopping with Marc to get a present for me.  It was so funny to hear her calling to Marc "Daddy we need to go to the Mall"  She kept saying this over and over, finally Marc took her to Zellers.  She clearly had something in mind that she wanted (for Mommy).  She came home with a brand new skipping rope, a hula hop and a big ball.  These were all for Mommy, so she said...  I actually did get to play with it all after a couple of hours...  It was so much fun to enjoy this special time with everyone.  THANKS FOR ALL BEING HERE!!!
