Welcome to June06 Fun page for the Lemieux trio.  The month started pretty exciting with a new visitor that moved in for a few days...  A neighborhood raccoon.. We didn't invite him, but he came anyway.  It really funny actually.  On Thursday morning, after we opened the garage door we notice that a few things were odd in the garage like the garbage had been tampered with, the ladder was swung from the wall and there were lots of paw prints on the van.  So we are like, there was a raccoon in the garage over night.  After work on Thursday we cleaned up the mess that our visitor made.  Well after a couple of days, we noticed the smell was still lingering in the garage.  Then on Sunday morning, before we opened the door to outside, Marc noticed the ladder was swung out again.  After a little bit of investigating on Marc's part, to our surprise, he found the raccoon sleeping up in the storage loft that was built last summer.  It was sleeping in Nyah's wagon.  After a little poking and disturbing, our visitor was on his way...   

On the same Sunday we evicted the raccoon, we hosted a surprise party for our sitter Marsha.  She was truly surprised and happy with our scheming.  The kids also seem to have had a great time hanging out.  Nyah was excited to have all her friends come to her house for some play time.

We also celebrated Marc's 2nd Father's day.  It was fun day that started out with breakfast in bed for Daddy delivered by Nyah and myself on a nice breakfast  tray.  The breakfast tray consisted on a nice bowl of cereal and a pretty flower.   Marc and Nyah shared the tasty food while I got all the presents ready that Nyah and I wrapped so carefully with our homemade paper.

Marc and I had another celebration on June 22, a milestone in our happy marriage, our 10th wedding anniversary.  I planned a nice surprise for Marc.  A night out for dinner and a movie and a quiet evening with just the two of us.  It was a nice surprise, but one that had some getting used to, because he was a bit sad to find out that Nyah was not coming home, we were having a overnight without her.  It was funny how sad he seems, he said he was going to miss her.  It was so cute.  We had a great night.  And we were also happy to hear that Nyah did great too on her first away from us ever.  She spent the night at Marsha's house (her daycare sitter).  They had lots of fun playing with puzzles, feeding chicks and watering the flowers.

Congratulations Amethyst!

We are all very proud of your recent accomplishment - your High School Graduation.  Marc, Nyah and I really wish we could have been there with you to par take in all your wonderful events, from your party to Grad to Prom.  Thanks for sharing all your wonderful pictures. 

You looked very beautiful all dressed up and your date.  You looked like a little princess.

We were lucky to have another visitor come stay with us, except this was a visitor we wanted.  My co-worker Tracy came over for a nice dinner, some play time and to hang out.  The following morning after Dr. Nyah examined Tracy and deemed her healthy, then photographer Nyah needed to take some pictures with her camera.  So out came the tripod and snap snap...  Thanks Tracy for being such a great sport. 

When I downloaded the pictures, I noticed that we still had some from Mother's day in May that we missed.  I hope you enjoy these extra pictures from our special day.
