Our 1st Father's Day was a very wonderful and fun day, even though the weather was very cloudy.  This year we also had another treat, we got to celebrate with my Dad too.  Mich and Pere are visiting this month.  The day started with the men assembling Daddy's gift - a BBQ.  They had a fun time doing it and luckily there were no extra nuts and bolts, so we feel confident that all is put together safe and sturdy :-). 

While the boys were doing the BBQ, the girls were inside taking pictures, playing in the kitchen and Nyah was doing Mich's makeup.

By the time they were done, Nyah and Mich were ready for their nap, so the men with out to Guelph's local 10th Autofest.  Which is a display of classic and antique cars, along with many vendors and a big band.  They said it was fun.

After a nice dinner, Daddy and Nyah went for a little walk and ended up visiting with our neighbors, Jenny and Daniel.  Nyah loves to run around and play with her friends.

I tried to take lots of pictures but as you can see Nyah likes to run for the camera most of the time, so most of my shots are from the back or side.  Some day I am hoping she will sit and actually look at me for a picture or two...  Hope you enjoyed our mid-month update.

 

Along with all the pictures I got to take of everyone, I took a few minutes to take a some of my many flowers.  I hope you enjoy them too.
