Trip to NB

Nyah's first trip to New Brunswick started with a fun and long adventure at the Airport. After being delayed for a day and a half at the airport and a local Toronto hotel, we finally flew into the Bathurst airport into a real maritime snowstorm. Even though our travels were long and tiring, it was great to see all our family at the airport. It was the first time Nyah was getting to meet her cousins and uncles. Nyah took amazingly to her new cousins, Amethyst, Olivia, Victoria and Teresa. They were all so happy to finally be able to give her hugs and kisses in person.

We had a great first week visiting. It started with a trip to visit her great-grand mother, Gomich, who was anxiously waiting to meet Nyah. Then Mom, Kristanne and Ingrid hosted a massive shower for Nyah and I. It was lots of fun and greatly appreciated. We send many to everyone who attended and all the wonderful gifts we received.

Into our second week, Daddy came to visit too. Nyah really missed Daddy and he really missed her. When Daddy arrived at Mich and Pere's home, he had more family with him. She was really interested in her two cousins, Gibson and Austin, they were small too just like her. She had a great time. After her baptism (see Baptism page), we headed down to Moncton for the finally part of our visit. We all had lots of fun, just hanging out visiting and taking a trip to Crystal Palace, where Nyah really enjoyed all the fun rides (as you can see Mommy and Daddy did too). Nyah also got a chance to visit with some old friends, Mia and Jack. This was a fun time too.
